It constitutes proof that we meet the requirements:

  • registration in the trade and companies register,

  • of good repute (no conviction) within the meaning of Article L.512-4 of the Insurance Code,

  • professional capacity (training, diploma, professional experience), within the meaning of Articles L.512-5 and R.512-9 of the Insurance Code,

  • continuing professional training and development, within the meaning of Articles L.511-2.II R.512-13-1 and A.512-8 of the Insurance Code,

  • professional liability insurance in accordance with Articles L.512-6 R.512-14 and A.512-4 of the Insurance Code,

  • financial guarantees in accordance with articles L.512-7 R.512-15 and A.512-5 of the Insurance Code,

for the exercise of our profession as Insurance Broker.
